Cook authentic Mexican Cuisine in the culinary garden with our in-house Chef Katrina Flores. Learn traditional cooking techniques some favorite flavor-packed dishes including fresh ceviche; red chile enchiladas; corn, bacon and serrano savory pudding; mini caramelized mango tarts with Mexican chocolate and pepitas; and palomas. Participants may choose to pick up ingredient box or request a grocery list to shop ahead of time. A weblink, grocery list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes included. Ages 21+
