Grab someone close to your heart and learn the secrets of the ancient silk roads with our in-house Chef Katrina Flores, as she teaches the history and art of dim sum. During this fun night you will create Shumai, Hong Kong egg tarts, Har Gow (shrimp dumplings) with soy dipping sauce and Chinese pastry roast pork puffs. The meal will be paired with red or white wine of your choice, hand selected by Hargrove’s Fine Wine & Spirits. Participants may choose to pick up ingredient box or request a grocery list to shop ahead of time. A weblink, grocery list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes included.
