You’re all that and “Dim Sum”

Travel back in time to the Silk Road with Chef Katrina Flores and explore the history and art of dim sum. Create pork egg rolls, shrimp dumplings, lettuce wraps, pork dumplings and egg tarts. This hands-on dim sum cooking party will be paired with cocktails and tea. Ages 18+
Fee: $60 ($54 members); registration deadline is 30 hours prior to event
