Enjoy the earthy root vegetable and pork-driven cuisine, along with exotic umami-rich delicacies of Japan’s tropical island. People in some areas of the world are known for living a long and healthy life, to a large degree from their local diets. We explore these places’ cuisines, and celebrate delicious, healthy recipes through multi-course demonstration and tasting. And we’ll harvest from our own garden, as well!
