The Ancient Art of the Tamal

For one night only, you will journey into the interior of Mexico to learn about traditional tamal making techniques. In this hands-on class, you will make four different types of tamales: chicken tamales with green chile-tomatillo sauce; pork guajillo tamales; bean, chile and cotija cheese tamales; and dulce tamales. The menu will be paired with a mistletoe margarita. So, gather all your friends and celebrate the holidays San Antonio style.
Fee: $45 ($40.50 member); registration deadline is 10 a.m. day before event
