This teen cooking class will focus on kitchen safety, cooking basics, and using healthy ingredients. Recipes will be based on the CHEF (Culinary Health Education for Families) curriculum and inspired by seasonal produce found in our Culinary Garden. Teens will work in groups to harvest their own ingredients and create almond crusted chicken strips, baked apple donuts, and a kale pomegranate salad. Ages 13-17.
Fee: $35 ($31.40 member); registration deadline is 24 hours prior to event
