Teen CHEF – But First We Brunch!

Saturdays are for brunching! This teen cooking class focuses on kitchen safety, cooking basics, and using healthy ingredients. Based on the CHEF (Culinary Health Education for Families) curriculum, recipes are inspired by classic brunch plates. Teens will work in groups to harvest ingredients from the Culinary Garden and create broccoli and cheese frittatas, berry baked oatmeal, and fluffy banana pancakes. Ages 13-17.
Fee: $35 ($31.50 member); registration deadline is 32 hours prior to event
