The ubiquitous and delectable herbs and fruits of antiquity, still feature prominently in Mediterranean cuisine to this day! We’ve put together an educational talk on how to grow this evergreen in the home garden, and offer a chef demo featuring rosemary and our own garden-grown figs in a delicious multi-course tasting. Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine continues to grow quickly in popularity in San Antonio, and with such tasty garden treats, it’s easy to see why! Come to the Garden for a green culinary experience, focusing on localism and seasonality, and well as exotic colors, textures, and amazing flavors.
Fee: $25 ($22.50 member)
