iRest Yoga Nidra is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditation that helps you feel connected to yourself, with others, and to the world around you. This guided meditation is generally practiced lying down or sitting comfortably in group or individual sessions. These practices teach you how to respond rather than react to your emotions, thoughts, and actions. When you respond rather than react, you feel in harmony with your actions and the world around you. Please bring a pillow and blanket if you would like to lay down for the meditation. A deepening practice will be offered to help you integrate your meditation experience throughout the week.
