Date Night: Everything’s Betta with a Little Feta

Everybody say, “OPA!” Come and learn the cooking secrets of Greek cuisine from our in-house Chef Katrina Flores, with easy instructions and plenty of hands-on cooking. You will prepare an authentic four-course meal with your partner and taste some of the best Greek wines that the region has to offer. Menu includes dolmas, chicken souvlaki with tzatziki sauce, rice with parsley, almonds and apricots, and date and walnut phyllo rolls with green yogurt and honey. Ages 21+
Fee: $140 per couple ($126.00 per member couple); registration deadline is 30 hours prior to event
