Outdoor Evening Receptions
Receptions held after normal business hours are scheduled starting at 6:00pm – 10:00pm. Additional hours may be added. With the exception of the Auld House, all venue sites are outdoors. Tents and rentals may be rented from the approved vendor, Peerless Events and Tents.

Evening rentals include rental site, onsite parking, security staff, janitorial staff and facility coordinator.
Goldsbury Foundation Pavilion & CHEF Teaching Kitchen – Up to 50 Guests
Evening rentals include personalized programming, the H-E-B Discovery Center Classroom, and audio visual. Tables and chairs are included for the B-E-B Discovery Classroom and CHEF Teaching Kitchen. Security staff, janitorial staff, facility coordinator, one-hour demo class with personal chef, 4-course entrée samplings, and either wine or beer samplings (dependent on meal option).
Indoor sites include limited number of tables and chairs, admission to the Garden, on-site parking, facility coordinator, and/or janitorial staff. Audio visual and projection screen are available in the H-E-B Discover Center only. Discount offered to non-profit organizations.

CHEF Teaching Kitchen
The Outdoor CHEF Teaching Kitchen adds opportunities
to bring a wealth of information on good nutrition and healthy living though educational cooking programs, events, corporate team building and classes. This state -of-the-art teaching kitchen offers seating for up to 50 guests. With ample counter space and two 40” flat screen TV’s, this is a perfect site for a demo, garden-to-table dinner or cocktail party.
Lucile Halsell Conservatory Courtyard
The glass pyramids of our signature landmark Lucile Halsell Conservatory surround an interior courtyard centered around a serene water garden. The courtyard and adjacent covered walkways will accommodate up to 250 seated. Guests have access to the exhibit room featuring a collection of tropical plants. The dramatic setting is an excellent location for a ceremony, strolling reception, or a seated dinner.
This historic Hill Country cabin with outdoor covered patio accommodates up to 70 guests in the combined indoor/outdoor space, with seating up to 50 indoors. The Garden provides an appropriate number of chairs, six 48” rounds, and 10 six-foot tables. An adjoining full kitchen is available for use. This quaint dwelling is perfect for intimate gatherings.
This historic above-ground water reservoir has been converted into a beautiful setting for an afternoon or evening gathering. Wisteria and crossvine adorn columns surrounding the venue creating a picturesque and romantic atmosphere. This site filled with romantic ambiance accommodates up to 300 seated.
Caterers and Rental Fees
Food and beverage are permitted by an approved caterer. Caterers have been hand-picked by the Garden. They are familiar with the grounds and offer premium service.
