Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine continues to grow quickly in popularity in San Antonio, and there’s a good reason why – it’s delicious! Join Chef Joshua Schwenke and nutrition educator Taylor Phelps and friends for the garden’s own “green” culinary experience, focusing on localism and seasonality, and well as exotic colors, textures, and amazing flavors!

Tuesday, November 27 | 6:30pm-8:30pm: Thai cuisine. Menu: Som Tum- Green Papaya Salad with Chinese long beans and tomatoes. Tom Kha – Coconut curry soup. Mo Ping- coconut braised pork with sticky rice.
